We provide public access to the website www.remapas.lt and www.remapas.eu (after – “Websites”), also maintain them, improve them and ensure their security. By browsing our Sites or Social Networking Accounts (as Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube), you agree and grant us the access to the content of the Sites and give consent to its statutory terms of use. That includes but does not limit the copyright-terms and conditions contained in this report of the protection of personal data and privacy.

We must collect, use and protect personal data in order to:

  • manage, improve and optimize our Website and the user experience;
  • respond to inquiries and suggestions coming from Website users, provide technical assistance;
  • comply with legal obligations, settle any disputes that may arise from the visitor or third parties, and implement your rights under any contract between you and Us or between Us and third parties;

The confidential information is not being collected.

We do not collect any visitor’s data from other sources.

We legally collect the information about our visitors due to:

  • The necessity of the information which ensures the access to the site. It allows us to fulfill our agreement and browse our Website at any request, as well as respond to inquiries or suggestions. (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation);
  • Legal obligations. It is necessary to solve any arguments, ensure our rights, arising from all contracts concluded between you and Us or between Us and third parties (Article 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation);
  • The improvement of our Website an user experience. Also, to protect the Website from unauthorized access (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
  1. Do we use personal data to automate decision making or visitors profiling?

We do not profile our visitors.

  1. Who do we share personal data with?

Personal information could be provided to:

  • Our service providers or contractor’s due to providing, maintaining, creating and keeping secure access to the Site and Social Network accounts.
  • We may also disclose your personal data if such disclosure is mandatory to comply with the legal obligations to establish, enforce or defend legal claims, whether in legal, administrative or extrajudicial proceedings.
  1.   Do we share personal data outside the European Economic Area?

Personal data is not transmitted outside the European Economic Area.

  1. How long information is kept on the archives?

We store the information of your inquiries and proposals in accordance to document storage set by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania.

  1. What are the user’s/visitor’s rights?
  • Make a request to access personal information;
  • Submit a request to correct/change information;
  • Object the processing of data for our legitimate interest, when the data is processed exclusively for that reason and such processing would disproportionately restrict your rights and freedoms (or legitimate interests in the context of the particular circumstances).;
  • Submit a request to delete existing information;
  • Request to restrict access or remove available information;

– where the processing is carried out in our legal interest, it is possible to object such processing. That could restrict some rights and freedoms and legitimate interests in the specific circumstances, unless such processing is necessary to bring legal actions or defend against legal requirements;

  • Arise an argument regarding the usage and storage of personal information at Our Company;
  • Request to export your data;
  • File a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
